1. Final Sale Policy:

   • All sales are final, and refunds are not permitted.​
     
      

2. Ensuring the Correct Size:

   • We urge you to carefully select the correct size. If you're uncertain about your size, please use a measuring tape to measure your bust, waist, hips, chest, and inseam in inches. Remember to account for heel height when measuring for long options.

   • If your measurements do not align with our size chart, we highly recommend opting for custom sizing to ensure a perfect fit.
     
      

3. Exchange Policy:

   • If you are not completely satisfied with the fit of your purchase, eligible items can be returned in their original condition within 10 business days of shipment arrival for an exchange of a different size.

   • Only one exchange is allowed per item purchased.

   • Returns must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

   • Custom orders and items that have been altered are not eligible for return or exchange.

   • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
     
      

4. Custom Orders:

   • Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
